Job summary

Tremco CPG is seeking a Technical Sales Representative - Metal Panels in the Houston area. The role focuses on securing and growing key accounts, driving product specifications, and managing performance metrics for metal panel accounts in the Texas market.

Ideal candidates will have hunter sales experience, construction knowledge, and strong communication skills. Travel within the territory is required; base salary starts around $95K with incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of construction or industry experience
• Two plus years hunter sales experience with ACM metal panels or related product such as glazing, curtain walls or other EIFS.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, glazing)
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops and manages key accounts and new opportunities to grow Tremco CPG products in the territory.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Develops trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
