Job summary

American Global is seeking an Account Executive to lead Surety strategies and grow the client base in Houston, TX. You will serve as the strategic point of contact for clients, build enterprise-wide relationships, and drive new business sales within the construction surety marketplace.

You will review submissions, align carrier appetites, and craft marketing strategies with the team, while representing the firm at events and meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

• Strong technical Surety knowledge.
• Proven ability to present and clearly explain information to clients.
• Proven ability to clearly explain problems/concerns to co-workers and supervisors and suggest solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic point of contact for client; conduct and coordinate client services.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients on an enterprise-wide basis; work in the best interest of the client and company to secure appropriate compensation.
• Achieve new business sales goals.
• Represent American Global in meetings, seminars, trade shows, and industry events.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the sales discovery process and knowledge of competitors to aid prospecting.
