Job summary

American Global LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Surety team in Houston, TX. You will be the primary client contact for bonding questions and will build strong relationships with partners, carriers and stakeholders involved in the process.

You will QC data in Epic, Erlon, OneDrive, and review client documents while coordinating with underwriters. The role requires leadership of the Account Associate and involvement in proposals and submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong property & casualty knowledge.
• Proven ability to present and explain information to clients.
• Clear communication of problems/concerns to team members and management.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day bonding questions.
• Build and promote strong relationships with business partners, carriers and stakeholders.
• Quality control data in Epic, Erlon, and OneDrive including client data, surety contacts, bonds, rates, commissions.
• Communicate with clients and underwriters through the request process, including underwriting materials.
• Oversee Account Associate work for accuracy and quality.
