Job summary

IMEG Corp in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Executive to assist the Client Executive in leading a structural team across healthcare, industrial, mixed-use and commercial projects. The role emphasizes client development, project leadership, and market growth while maintaining ESOP ownership culture.

You will mentor senior staff, oversee project financial performance, support technical operations, and contribute to winning new work with a $2M project portfolio and $1M annual new-fee target.

Qualifications

• Significant stock ownership representing a clear path to Associate Principal level.
• Minimum 10 years, 15 years preferred, in project/construction management or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow project pipeline and repeat engagements.
• Drive strategic growth through business development, market positioning, and client focus.
• Coordinate with Client Executive and marketing on BD opportunities and client interviews.
• Serve as Project Manager on assigned projects and lead client interviews.
