Job summary

IMEG Corp in Dallas, TX is seeking a Structural Project Executive to lead client relationships, manage large multi-market projects, and drive business development with strong leadership across teams. The role involves overseeing project fees, mentoring senior staff, and contributing to substantial annual revenue growth.

As part of a 100% ESOP, you will collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure project success, stay engaged in local markets, and promote sustainable design goals.

Qualifications

• Significant stock ownership path to Associate Principal level; 10+ years in project/construction management or related field.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead others; strong written and verbal communication; travel up to 20%.
• Preferred BS degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Grow the team’s project pipeline by building and maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business and repeat engagements.
• Stay visible and active in the market and within IMEG Selling Boldly program.
• Manage client and project fees with a total aggregate value of approximately $2M.
• Bring in new projects regularly, including contributing to approximately $1M in new annual fees.
• Promote staff understanding of business development principles, client relationships, market positioning, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Participate in promotional activities and client interviews to establish IMEG as an expert in selective markets.
• Serve as Project Manager on most assigned projects and coordinate business development opportunities with Client Executive and marketing.
• Participate in local and corporate market-focused organizations and meetings to align on market changes and messaging.
• Support financial success of managed projects, including assisting with accounts receivable collection.
• Support technical training and consistency across teams, update marketing database with leads and proposals.
