Job summary

Santa Fe Spirits in Houston, TX is seeking Spirits Market Managers to build our Texas footprint. You’ll be the first Santa Fe face in many accounts, driving distribution across on- and off-premise venues and telling our story on the road.

This role rewards an autonomous closer with 2–5 years of Texas spirits sales, cold-opening new accounts, running tastings, and CRM-driven activity tracking. Expect strong distributor partnerships, excellent brand education, and a team that supports your growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of spirits or beverage alcohol sales in Texas.
• Ability to open new accounts cold and close them warm.
• Strong autonomous work ethic and self-motivation.
• CRM usage to track activity and placements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure distribution across Houston on- and off-premise venues.
• Run tastings and staff trainings.
• Build and manage account relationships.
• Present the Santa Fe Spirits story to distributor reps and accounts.
