Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks an experienced sales professional to drive the Spirits portfolio by collaborating with suppliers and customers. You will execute commercial plans to grow on-premise and off-premise accounts and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in the assigned Texas geography.

You will work with account representatives to ensure priorities and customer needs are clearly communicated, and you will act as a spirits expert to create programs, education, and training for the market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with minimum state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Execute monthly, quarterly and annual business plans to accomplish sales and distribution goals and company initiatives.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline in the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborate with account representatives to align priorities, plans, and customer needs.
