Job summary

Santa Fe Distillery is seeking a Market Manager to lead brand-building sales efforts in Santa Fe, NM. You will forge relationships, open doors with distributors, and drive momentum on the road, bringing the craft to life through events and hands-on selling.

You should have 3–5 years in spirits/wine/beer sales or brand ambassadorship, a talent for storytelling, and a willingness to hustle solo while coordinating with HQ.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in spirits/wine/beer sales or brand ambassadorship.
• Proven ability to open doors and close deals.
• Comfort with public speaking and presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Turn new accounts into brand believers through tastings, meetings and pitches.
• Partner with distributor networks to align goals and drive sales.
• Bring the brand to life via pop-ups, events, and activations.
• Provide frontline market intel—menus, buyers' needs, trends.
• Track placements and market movement with good data and spreadsheets.
