Lithia Motors John Eagle Houston Acura is hiring a Service Advisor to bridge customers and technicians in a fast-paced service bay in Houston, TX. You will prepare repair orders, obtain approvals, and relay inspection findings to customers while keeping them informed of service specials, timelines, and costs.

Prior service-advisor experience and a professional demeanor are required. You will also manage warranty processes for qualifying repairs and collaborate with technicians to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience.
• Polished, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical customers.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between the customer and technician to ensure needs are understood.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtain approvals, and enter RO into the service database.
• Communicate additional repair needs based on vehicle inspection to the customer.
• Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Keep customers informed of service specials, timelines, and expenses.
• Other duties as assigned.
