Qualifications

• High School/GED required with experience in security systems.
• Solid understanding of access control and alarm systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic/security equipment.
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and preventative maintenance for security systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues; install small projects as needed.
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure on-time delivery of projects and services.
• Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
