Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician in Austin, TX. You will respond to service calls, perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair security systems, and assist with small projects. Strong customer service and technical skills are required.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, growing with the company while ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulations. Local travel may be required and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with servicing, integrating, and programming access control and CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and electronic security systems is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and provide customer support.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment and software.
• Install smaller projects and upgrades as needed.
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
