Job summary

Johns Manville, a leading insulation and roofing solutions provider, seeks a Sr. Sales Representative for the Houston territory to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

You will develop targeted growth plans, build strong contractor and distributor relationships, and present system solutions to architects and decision-makers. Responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline management, competitive bids, and on-site technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience in building products, construction materials, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in Houston territory weekly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Territory Revenue & Growth Targets for Houston territory.
• Expand territory revenue by developing growth plans and driving model accounts.
• Build and sustain high-impact customer relationships with contractors and distributors.
• Prepare competitive bids and negotiate pricing within guidelines.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and product demonstrations to customers and channels.
