Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative for its Commercial Roofing division in the Houston territory.

You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term partnerships with contractors and distributors to increase product adoption and profitability. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in a related field, strong travel, and the ability to meet annual sales quotas while maintaining margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building products, construction materials, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Heavy car travel in the Houston Territory on a weekly basis, with less than 10 overnight per year.
• Spanish language proficiency is a nice-to-have qualification that may enhance success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable revenue growth and expand market presence in the Houston territory.
• Develop and execute a targeted geographic and account-level growth plan.
• Strengthen partnerships with key contractors and distributors to increase product adoption and repeat business.
• Produce accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and territory performance summaries.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
