Johns Manville is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative to drive revenue and expand market presence in the Houston territory.

You will build long-term customer partnerships with contractors, distributors, architects, and building owners to grow product adoption and profitability. You will deliver product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and provide technical insights while traveling weekly across the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in a similar role.
• Minimum 5 years in building products, construction materials, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Houston territory weekly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales quotas and margin goals for commercial roofing lines.
• Develop and execute growth plans to expand territory revenue.
• Build partnerships with contractors and distributors and increase repeat business.
