Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative for Commercial Roofing in the Houston area. You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long‑term partnerships with contractors, distributors, architects, and building owners.

You will forecast, bid, negotiate, and execute profitable contracts while collaborating with marketing, technical services, and product management to expand product visibility and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in a similar role.
• Minimum 5 years in building products, construction materials, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Heavy travel in the Houston Territory weekly, with few overnights.
• Spanish language ability is a nice‑to‑have.

Responsibilities

• Deliver territory revenue and growth targets by achieving quotas and margins.
• Expand revenue through targeted geographic and account plans.
• Increase product adoption with contractors, distributors, architects, and owners.
• Prepare bids, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and secure contracts.
• Provide customer feedback to support product development and market needs.
• Deliver product demos and technical training to customers and partners.
• Maintain records of opportunities, visits, and pipeline.
