Hire Up Staffing Services – Houston Branch is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our busy on-site team. The role emphasizes 95% in-office activity with 5% client visits, handling a full desk of orders and delivering a high-touch experience to candidates and clients in clerical, administrative, light industrial, and professional roles.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong interviewing and sourcing skills, and a proven ability to fill multiple roles

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in staffing agency or corporate HR.
• Proven ability to fill multiple roles quickly and effectively.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple job orders under pressure.
• Polished, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with 95% in-office work and occasional client visits.

Responsabilités

• Manage a full desk of open job orders for a variety of clients.
• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in clerical, administrative, light industrial, and professional roles.
• Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Deliver a high-touch experience to candidates and clients alike.
• Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records.
• Support front desk coverage and general office duties as needed.
