Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and operational roles.

Based at our Houston headquarters, you will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding, and support HR activities across North America and Mexico. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple openings and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Prepare offer documents and coordinate HR approvals and onboarding tasks.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and report on progress and metrics.
• Support recruitment in Mexico by coordinating with local HR teams and managers.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment steps.
• Assist with onboarding, IT setup, orientation, and new-hire data entry.
• Help manage recruiting-related invoices and vendor coordination.
