Job summary

Trystar Inc in Houston, Texas is seeking a Recruiter to support its talent acquisition function onsite. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and advance candidates efficiently.

You will strengthen recruiting process execution and candidate experience by using modern sourcing channels, maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and providing clear updates throughout each search.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency experience preferred).
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals or similar channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to screen candidates and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tech.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with urgency and follow-through.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.
• Manufacturing/engineering/technical recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake through offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the process.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication for a positive experience.
• Use multiple sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Conduct proactive outreach to active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
• Test new sourcing channels to expand candidate pools.
• Reduce agency reliance through direct sourcing.
• Provide regular search updates and pipeline status.
