Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in recruitment, learning, and talent management initiatives.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Develop talent pipelines and support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate learning and training programs aligned with business priorities and development plans.
- Create dashboards and analytics for workforce, recruitment, learning, and development activities.
- Identify process improvements and AI-enabled tools to enhance talent attraction and development.
