Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking an Operations Project Manager I to coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality modular systems. You will verify drawings, BOMs, and material availability, manage shop-floor scheduling, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, BOMs, and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Production / Project Execution Plan to meet delivery schedule.
  • Verify drawings, BOMs, work orders and material availability during manufacturing.
  • Participate in labor forecasting and manufacturing strategy for projects.
  • Ensure balanced shop workload and monitor progress against schedules.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics.
  • Expedite materials to maintain schedule and document root causes of non-conformances.
