Job summary

You will coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing, verify BOMs, drawings and material availability, and drive shop-floor scheduling and production resource management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems and BOMs.
• Lean/ISO 9001 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop production/project execution plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Verify drawings, specifications, BOMs, and material availability.
• Forecast labor and develop manufacturing strategy for projects.
• Ensure balanced shop workloads and monitor progress against schedules.
• Coordinate cross-Functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing.
• Expedite and manage materials, work orders and rework documentation.
• Track root causes and impacts of non-conformances.
• Participate in project team meetings and revision control processes.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including vendors.
