Keystone Technologies, a national leader in lighting, seeks a Distributor Territory Manager to cover Houston, Texas. You will educate distributors, agencies, and contractors about our Light Made Easy products and drive demand while building long-term relationships.

You will collaborate with the Distributor Sales team, travel to markets, provide training, develop sales plans, analyze trends, and report market feedback to the product team.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in the lighting industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software.
• Strong organizational, time management and relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide sales training to Sales Agencies and Distributor customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, sales agents and end-users.
• Oversee performance of independent sales agencies and ensure goals are met.
• Develop sales plans with agencies and leadership for designated territories.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities with agents.
• Travel to markets to call on distributors, specifiers and end-users.
• Maintain contact with existing customers for ongoing orders.
• Develop and manage contact information for decision-makers.
• Display and attend trade shows.
• Cold calling to develop new business.
• Work closely with Inside Sales on opportunities.
• Advise product team on market trends.
