Job summary

Global Market Foods in Houston seeks an IT Site Coordinator to join the team, combining application support, business systems administration, and local IT site leadership. The role focuses on AI, B2B, EDI, and web platforms while serving as the primary IT resource for the Houston facility and providing end-user support.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, software development, systems administration, or related IT roles.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting business applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and end users.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and security controls.
• Experience with AI platforms, EDI systems, B2B applications, or web technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support GMF's AI, B2B, EDI, and web platforms.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external support teams.
• Assist with system enhancements, integrations, testing, configuration updates, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and support procedures for business applications.
• Support GMF's Anthropic AI environment, including user administration and access management.
• Escalate technical, integration, and API-related issues when necessary.
• Support Pepperi sales and ordering platform users and troubleshoot related issues.
• Monitor and support EDI transactions and integrations.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for the Houston office and warehouse.
• Provide Level 1 hardware/network end-user support and manage device lifecycles.
• Coordinate with corporate IT teams and vendors to resolve site issues.
• Participate in technology projects, including infrastructure upgrades and new implementations.
