Job summary

Global Market Foods (GMF) invites an IT Site Coordinator to join our Houston, Texas team. The role blends application support, business systems administration, and local IT leadership, serving as the primary IT resource for the Houston facility.

You will manage AI, B2B, EDI, and web platforms, provide end-user support, and collaborate with corporate IT to ensure reliable day-to-day operations and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, software development, systems administration, help desk support, or related IT roles.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting business applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and end users.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and security controls.
• Experience with AI platforms, EDI systems, B2B applications, or web technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support GMF's AI, B2B, EDI, and web platforms.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external support teams.
• Assist with system enhancements, integrations, testing, configuration updates, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and support procedures for business applications.
• AI Platform Administration: Support GMF's Anthropic AI environment, including user administration, access management, authentication, and troubleshooting.
• Pepperi & B2B Commerce Support: Support users of the Pepperi sales and ordering platform.
• EDI Operations Support: Monitor and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and integrations.
