Job summary

HighRadius is seeking an IT Systems & Support Administrator to serve as the primary onsite IT resource for our Houston office. You will manage hardware/software builds, workstation setup, and provide technical support for office and remote employees.

Collaborate with global IT, Cybersecurity, and People & Culture to maintain secure and compliant technology operations, while supporting events and corporate meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate IT systems administration and desktop support.
• Proficient in Windows domain environments and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Auto-pilot.
• Experience managing Google Workspace and Zoom.
• Strong customer service mindset with ticket SLA experience.
• Knowledge of networking and AV setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, laptops, software, connectivity, and conference room systems
• Support onboarding/offboarding, workstation provisioning, and IT asset inventory management
• Administer systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Google Workspace, SSO, and MFA
• Perform system access audits and security compliance checks in coordination with cybersecurity teams
• Support onsite corporate events, Town Halls, leadership meetings, and office setup needs
