Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required (or international equivalent) with 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification desirable.
• Azure Fundamentals desirable.
• Strong understanding of major IT infrastructure systems and how to plan their implementation.
• Experience in IT vendor management and security practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-user support for deployed infrastructure services at site and field offices.
• Manage and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems; support video conferencing and collaboration tech.
• Follow established IT standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Deploy and patch networks, routers, switches, and Teams/Poly endpoints.
• Develop IT reports and dashboards; automate workflows as required.
