Responsibilities

• Be the point person on key accounts and service those accounts.
• Implement strategy to increase sales and profits from key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Handle customer needs and requests; present new products; answer product and service questions.
• Attain or exceed sales and profit budget; assist Finance in resolving claims.
