Job summary

Solenis is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to support growth across the Gulf Region, with a primary emphasis on the Houston market. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Water industries while strengthening Solenis' presence through trusted customer partnerships.

Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Technology, and Corporate Accounts teams, you will help shape and implement growth strategies that create value for customers and advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; equivalent combination.
• Experience in industrial water treatment or related industries preferred.
• Familiarity with Gulf Coast/Houston market.
• Proven success developing customer relationships and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to support regional growth.
• Identify and advance new opportunities within markets and segments.
• Expand presence by building relationships with prospective customers and stakeholders.
• Support introduction of innovative products and services addressing customer needs.
