Job summary

NAV Logistics INC in Houston, TX is expanding its sales team with full-cycle freight brokerage roles. You will develop and manage your own book of business, working directly with shippers and carriers from first call to final delivery.

The position offers base salary, uncapped commission, and strong earning potential in a fast-paced, in-person environment. Join a collaborative team focused on growth, service, and technology-driven logistics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage, freight forwarding, logistics, or sales.
• Strong prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and phone presence.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Able to work 100% in person in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and generate recurring freight business across multiple modes.
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers and provide quotes.
• Source carriers using DAT One and Truckstop to secure capacity.
• Negotiate rates while maintaining margins and competitive pricing.
• Coordinate shipments from booking to delivery and manage issues.
• Collaborate with back-office for billing and compliance.
