Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient at an Intermediate Level in MS Excel and have a working knowledge of MS Windows and Word.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status.
• Opens, closes, and reconciles production workorders.
• Prioritizes and assigns workorders for completion to appropriate employees.
• Coordinates account activities, priorities, and status with manufacturing personnel and Third Party Logistics Provider.
• Tracks inbound parts and equipment and forecasts incoming volume.
