NuScale Power, LLC seeks an IT Systems Support 3 to operate from our Houston, TX office. You will partner with departments to ensure reliable IT equipment and software, handle support requests, and lead project tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows client/server experience, AD/Exchange administration, and VPN/network security knowledge. This onsite role requires a 4-year IT degree or equivalent experience.

Competenze

• Requires a 4-year IT related degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows client OS and server OS versions (Windows 2008-2019).
• Active Directory administration and Exchange administration experience preferred.
• Understanding of network basics, VPN, and security principles.

Mansioni

• Identify and procure hardware/software to satisfy user needs.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Provide multi-channel support to end-users (phone/in-person/online).
• Coordinate IT support activities across the IT group and projects.
• Lead assigned projects and drive completion with stakeholders.
