Job summary

Enterprise Products is seeking a Specialist, Senior Field Support to provide a blend of project management and technical coordination for infrastructure initiatives. You will act as the primary IT contact at the site, owning incidents, coordinating with Houston and field offices, and ensuring timely escalations.

Strong customer service and documentation skills are essential. Candidates should have 5+ years in IT operations, multiple certifications, and be willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of IT experience in an Oil and Energy Field preferred.
• Must possess at least two technical certifications: MCSA, MCDST, MCP, MCITP, A+, Net+, Sec+, ITIL, CWNA, CCNA, etc. in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years with relevant experience in IT environment
• Experience supporting hardware and software in a field/ops setting

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for IT issues at assigned site.
• Escalate and troubleshoot IT incidents with ownership and follow-up.
• Build strong rapport with area management and support teams.
• Document resolutions for IT Knowledgebase.
• Travel up to 75% within ~3–4 hour drive radius with possible overnights.
