Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Windows systems administrator role or 3+ years supporting private/public cloud environments.
• 4+ years working with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, distributed networks).
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and ensure availability for all users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I–III help desk tickets with a focus on customer service.
• Provide systems administration support for assigned servers and services.
• Configure and deploy new software and hardware.
• Assist with AV and security-related investigations and tasks.
• Support IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the Systems Administrator.
