Job summary

Abode Services is hiring a Resident Relations Manager to foster a safe, stable living environment in permanent supportive housing. You’ll supervise onsite staff, oversee maintenance, and coordinate with service providers to support tenancy retention and housing quality.

You will engage residents with trauma‑informed approaches, handle incidents, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing laws while maintaining strong teamwork with Central Teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college/training preferred.
• Strong communication, de-escalation and trauma-informed skills.
• Experience with property operations or supportive housing preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite staff (onsite managers, maintenance, clerks) per policy.
• Oversee site operations, maintenance requests and housekeeping quality.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors; manage inspections.
• Maintain resident relations, housing retention and case coordination.
• Document incidents and communicate with Central Teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fair housing, and occupancy policies.
