Job summary

Abode Services in Livermore, CA, seeks a Resident Relations Manager to foster a safe, stable living environment across our communities. You will work closely with onsite staff, support residents with tenancy initiatives, and coordinate with service providers to sustain housing retention.

In this role, you will oversee site operations, habitability, and resident engagement, manage maintenance and vendors, support case conferencing, and ensure compliance with lease requirements and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; some college or training is preferred.
• 1-2 years of progressively increasing property management experience in affordable or supportive housing or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; integrity and confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in office and onsite settings.
• Ability to speak a second language such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog or Mandarin/Cantonese is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of onsite staff and coordination of daily operations.
• Oversee maintenance, unit turnover, and vendor relations within the property.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and habitability standards across the community.
• Maintain resident relations, housing retention, and coordination with service providers.
• Respond to incidents and enforce lease requirements and community rules.
