Job summary

Abode Services in San Francisco is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team serving adults and families experiencing homelessness. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and oversee housing stability plans and wraparound supports.

The role requires partnership with case management and property teams, ensuring grant-aligned goals, staff training, timely data entry, and funder reporting. Onsite with potential for hybrid/remote approval based on role and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in the human services, social work, or related field and demonstrated experience working collaboratively with low-income families and providing service coordination.
• 2 years of direct experience in the provision and supervision of case management services to individuals who are homeless and/or have extremely low incomes.
• Use of personal vehicle and proof of a valid and current California Driver’s License and current insurance along with a clean DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to all Program staff and interns.
• Coordinate training, schedules, caseloads, vacations, and assignments as part of program administration.
• Oversee services delivery and ensure program goals are met per grants.
• Manage budget oversight and funder reporting in collaboration with partners.
• Foster collaboration with property management and on-site resident services staff.
