Qualifications

• BS/BA in a Human Services Field and at least 1 year of direct work experience or equivalent.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Background check must be clear.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeless individuals in applying for Social Security benefits.
• Help secure permanent housing and transitional placements.
• Inspect apartments to ensure safety standards.
• Communicate with landlords and assist with housing documents.
• Conduct appointments regarding housing needs and referrals.
• Provide housing case management to clients.
• Participate in outreach activities for high-risk groups.
• Document interactions in HMIS system.
• Complete SOAR training.
