Job summary

Metro Healthy Communities is seeking a Housing Services Specialist to assist clients in accessing affordable housing, link to housing programs, and secure housing financial assistance. The role involves collaborating with case managers and multiple departments to ensure clients receive timely support and resources.

You will assess client housing needs, connect them with community resources, and facilitate documentation for housing assistance while ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services administration/field.
• Two years of work experience in social service housing (Section 8, HOPWA, HUD) setting.
• Experience with HIV-positive individuals, substance abuse populations, communities of color, LGBTQ+ is preferred.
