Job summary

Heading Home Corps is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator in Minnesota to help Minnesotans facing homelessness find safe, stable housing. You’ll meet participants regularly, guide them through resources, and develop action plans with tailored support.

This AmeriCorps role offers training, ongoing professional development, and a biweekly stipend. You will build community connections and share your experience to strengthen housing advocacy and access to social services.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email and navigating online).
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities
