Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or 2 years homeless services experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must obtain First Aid/CPR within 90 days.
• California Driver License or reliable transportation.
• Experience with vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized housing stabilization plans and meet with clients.
• Distribute funds to landlords and track disbursement.
• Provide budget counseling and link to benefits.
• Assess eligibility and collect required documents.
• Respond to crisis calls and connect to external services.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant participant files.
• Coordinate inspections and move-in subsidies.
• Maintain caseload and participate in meetings.
