Family Promise of Spokane is seeking a Keep Housing Case Manager to support families toward housing stability and independence. You will manage a caseload, meet monthly with families in homes and communities, and build strong landlord relationships to sustain housing.

This role emphasizes documenting progress and coordinating with housing, education, and wellness resources. The position offers daytime hours with some evenings or weekends, a salary of $23.00–$25.00 per hour DOE, and full

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in case management, housing services, or family support (2+ years preferred).
• Strong boundaries, sound judgment in a crisis, and emotional resilience.
• Comfort with computers and detailed documentation.
• Valid Washington driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass an annual background check.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of families with housing stability, goal-setting, and resource referrals.
• Meet with families in their homes and in the community, at least monthly.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and property managers.
• Coach families on tenant rights, budgeting, and keeping their housing.
• Connect families to employment, education, mental health, and other resources.
• Keep timely, objective case notes and accurate data for program reporting.
• Work as part of a shared case management team.
