Job summary

Family Promise of Spokane is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct case management and housing navigation for families in Spokane, WA. The role involves coordinating services, supporting families through housing applications, and maintaining timely documentation, all within a trauma-informed framework.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years’ experience with families or vulnerable populations; a bachelor’s in social services is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children, families, or vulnerable populations.
• Housing navigation, homelessness services, or case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct case management and housing navigation for assigned families.
• Develop and update individualized housing plans with clear goals.
• Assist with housing applications, appointments, and landlord communications.
• Maintain weekly check-ins and accurate case notes within required timelines.
• Collaborate with shelter and program teams to coordinate services.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and reporting requirements.
