Job summary

LA Family Housing seeks a Housing Stabilizer to provide intensive, home and community-based case management for households transitioning out of homelessness. You will assess needs, develop goal plans, link to resources, and coordinate services across health, income, and housing domains in collaboration with community partners.

The role requires trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and Housing First principles, with field-based work around LA County.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering trauma-informed care and housing-first services.
• Ability to coordinate resources across health, housing, and income supports.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage households transitioning out of homelessness using Trauma-Informed Care and Housing First principles.
• Provide intensive case management: goal planning, assessments, referrals, and crisis intervention.
