Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prioritize meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Move clients toward appropriate housing within grant limits.
• Maintain client housing and update plans accordingly.
• Manage rental assistance limits and timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Document client progress and advocacy in HMIS system.
• Follow policies and participate in quality reviews.
• Perform other duties related to the position and deadlines.
