Job summary

Victory Programs Incorporated is seeking a Low Threshold Housing Case Manager in Boston to coordinate and deliver case management for residents at Willows. The role reports to the Program Director and emphasizes housing stabilization, health outcomes, and community integration.

You will provide housing search, advocacy, and coordination of support services, attend appointments with clients, document plans, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 3+ years of client advocacy experience.
• Experience in housing search and housing retention.
• Case management experience with vulnerable populations.
• Ability to advocate for clients with housing authorities and landlords.
• Massachusetts driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver case management services for residents at Willows.
• Identify housing support needs and coordinate advocacy for services.
• Provide housing search, eviction prevention, and fund access support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and manage follow-ups on applications.
• Maintain accurate client files and participate in team meetings.
