Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Program Manager - Case Management to lead a team delivering housing stabilization and supportive services to individuals and families transitioning to stable housing. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and 5 years in housing or social services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting individuals experiencing housing instability or related social service needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of case management professionals providing housing stabilization and supportive services.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, performance support, and regular supervision to support staff development.
• Ensure services are delivered using person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor program operations, documentation, and service quality for alignment with funding requirements.
• Develop and improve workflows, processes, and systems to strengthen service effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Review client service plans, case documentation, and program metrics to support quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners to strengthen service coordination and access to resources.
• Assist with program implementation, policy adherence, and operational planning.
