• Educate participants on program requirements and family obligations.
• Resolve concerns between owners, tenants, and the Housing Authority.
• Maintain accurate electronic files and document actions in systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants, landlords, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational plans.
