Job summary

The Housing Authority of Champaign County is seeking a Housing Choice Voucher Specialist to administer tenant-based rental assistance for 300-400 clients under the HCV program. You will verify income, calculate subsidies, issue vouchers, and process certifications with strict adherence to HUD rules.

You will provide excellent client and landlord support, maintain accurate records in the agency system, and collaborate with teammates to implement program requirements and improvements.

• Provide responsive customer service to clients and landlords.
• Coordinate with team on process improvements and program requirements.
