Mercy House seeks a Housing Solutions Supervisor to lead a team of case managers in delivering trauma-informed, client-centered housing services in Oxnard, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required or equivalent.
• Experience in mental health and co-occurring disorders is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 3-7 Housing Solutions Case Managers and support their performance.
• Maintain a small caseload and meet residents monthly to develop housing plans.
• Ensure trauma-informed, client-centered services and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with property management and CES to connect residents with services.
• Oversee program compliance, data reporting, and budget tracking.
• Facilitate collaboration with community resources for employment and education.
• Lead trainings and supervise incident reporting and file maintenance.
