Job summary

Health Care for the Homeless in Baltimore seeks a Housing Services Program Assistant to provide administrative and representative payee support to the Housing Services team. You will maintain accurate data, manage payment systems, and assist clients with complex paperwork under the Director's guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Must have personal vehicle and Maryland driver's license.
• CSC designation within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy and manage payment systems.
• Process rep payee budgets and assist with paperwork.
• Coordinate with landlords, clients and staff on move-in and rent payments.
• Support lease-up activities and rent subsidy payments.
• Protect client information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Develop tracking systems for the agency's housing portfolio.
